Lisa A. Falcón, MSN, RN, CCRN

Trauma Program Manager

Lisa Falcon started her nursing career in 1993 in surgical critical care. Six years later, she came to RWJUH as a staff nurse in the Surgical ICU Core and has since served as a nursing director and a clinical nurse educator.

Lisa has lectured extensively on trauma and critical care. She is certified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) as a CCRN and by the Emergency Nurses Association as faculty for the Trauma Nursing Core Curriculum Course. She has served on a variety of national committees with AACN.

Lisa earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Seton Hall University and her Master’s in Nursing from Monmouth University.
